Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-033/22.
La memorialista pidió a la Corporación aclarar la parte motiva del precitado fallo, en el sentido de indicar cuál sería el marco legal en materia de Seguridad Social que se aplicaría una persona de género no binario, específicamente para el reconocimiento de la pensión de vejez y para el sistema general de salud.
Teniendo en cuenta que se constató que la peticionaria no está facultada para promover la solicitud de aclaración, en la medida en que no fue parte en el proceso de tutela, se decidió RECHAZAR esta pretensión por falta de legitimación.
